Projects will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

• The relevance and interest of the project for the furry community;
• The feasibility and quality of the project;
• The budget and financing plan of the project;
• The experience and skills of the project team

Project proposals must be sent by email to info@aeaq.org before December 31, 2024. Proposals must contain the following elements:

• A summary of the project (maximum 500 words);
• A detailed description of the project (maximum 5 pages);
• A forecast budget for the project;
• A presentation of the project team (name, role, experience, etc.);
• Any other relevant document (portfolio, letter support, etc.)

The selected projects will be announced in February 2024. The projects must be carried out between March and December 2024. A final report must be submitted to the QAEA at the end of the project.
